Is love of money your secret sin?

“Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.” Jeremiah 17:5

Many believers are chasing after riches. They have bought into the prosperity gospel and are determine to give God a helping hand. They presumptuously take it upon themselves to do what they should be waiting on God to do for them.

Is love of money your secret sin? Impatience? Self-reliance? Greed?

“Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.” Psalm 20:7

    Amen! How true. Little foxes. As we progress on may the Lord help us to uproot the little things that could cause us to stumble and fall in Jesus name.

    It’s funny how the little things that we tend to overlook can stand in our way. Making the list is a good way to bring them into submission. 🙂
